hehe...holiday kat sabah...mcam mnggelabah je...aq mmg tinggal kat sabah pon...bile2 mase aq bleh round2...hehhe...but kali ni lain sikit...along n fatin...my siblings blik sabah..hip-hip-horay!!!so kitorang g jalan2 kat keningau,kudat,kota marudu,simpang mengayau n lain2....aq pun tak ingat coz aq tido je...ahahah...

HEI2!!i wanna say thank u kpd kak linda,my kakak spupu..coz she had teach me good tips...kak linda ajar lh mcmna nak dapatkn perut yg flat..or lebih tepat lg yg ada 'pack'...hehe..woot-woot..tnggu luk...aq blom abis crita lg...ari tu aq pandang cermin n perhatikn perut aq(biasalh,,klu org yg gemok slalu tgk cermin n dreaming somthng about their body-ahahaha-btol tak alyaa???)and,i noticed that somthng trtimbul n ber'pack-pack' d perut aq...i juz smile...i think tips kak linda mmg brkesan...but,ni baru awal je lh..takdalh nmpk sgt 'pack'nya tue...so,i gonna workout more utk dptkn hasil yg lbh lg...nnt klw btol2 mnjadi n nampak btol kesannya,i will share the tips for the next entry,k?mybe aq bleh dapat 4 pack or 6 pack???ahahah
